If you do not have it all on the day

Under the draft regulations you pay the fee before a property entry is made. For a property that is let now you can make the entry without the tenancy and certificate details. You then have 28 days to add them or the entry becomes inactive.

When any detail goes out of date, for example a new gas safety record, you update the entry within 28 days. Your letting agent or property manager may update the tenancy and certificate details for you.
