  • Your register window by region, with reminders before it opens and before the deadline
  • The renewal a year after you register
  • Gas safety, EICR and EPC dates with reminders at 60, 30, 14 and 7 days
  • A right to rent log with each follow-up date
  • A log of every document served: the date, the method and who received it
  • An evidence pack of the records in Word
